What Is Vedic Meditation?

Vedic Meditation, supported by scientific research, is the world’s most effortless and effective form of meditation stemming from an ancient body of wisdom – The Veda.

Doctors around the globe recommend meditation for better health and to support healing from anxiety, sickness and disease.

Absolutely anyone can learn this powerful yet simple technique.

Practicing on a regular basis, meditators quickly feel an increase in happiness, creativity, productivity and feel calmer and an increase in self- confidence, energy and health – more in flow with life.

How is it done?

Practiced twice per day, sitting comfortably with your eyes shut and your back supported.

With the use of a personalised mantra which draws the mind naturally away from the repetitive chaotic everyday thoughts, to the deeper, quieter parts of the mind – like the bottom of the ocean, where deep healing occurs, dissolving accumulated stress, tension and fatigue from our nervous system.

After just a few minutes of this your mind and body will be resting at a rate that is several times deeper than sleep. Allowing the body to heal and rejuvenate, providing enormous long-term benefits to a person’s wellbeing.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The course will run over 4 x 90 minutes sessions – the first session is by appointment.

It is essential for all 4 sessions to be completed consecutively, as sequential knowledge will unfold each session.

Day one: Private, optional time.

Day two, three, four: Individual or Group.

Session 2-4: from 2pm ~ 3.30pm to 6.30pm ~ 8pm

Weekend Fast Track Course: Saturday & Sunday // 10.30 ~ 2.30.

LEARN TO MEDITATE
COURSE FEES $900

The course fee can be paid by installments or in full at time of booking. Payment options are available.

Consists of:

  • 4 sessions of instruction.
  • Private follow up session to refine your practice.
  • Lifetime support and access to group meditations with like minded souls.
  • Courses are held at my home in Avalon on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

A refresher course can be taken anytime at no charge.

Private courses are available on request for those who prefer one on one instruction.
